use:

It is used to produce N-acyl sarcosine, which is used as an active agent in high-grade skin care creams, toothpastes and shampoos, as well as high-grade medicinal soaps and cosmetics. This product is also used as a dyeing auxiliary for rapid dyes, a rust inhibitor for lubricating oils, a fiber dyeing auxiliary, a fiber dyeing auxiliary, an antistatic agent, a softening processing agent and a biochemical reagent.

production method:

The finished product is obtained by reacting aldehyde with hydrocyanic acid to form glycolonitrile, then reacting with methylamine to form sarcosine, and finally neutralizing it with sodium hydroxide. Raw material consumption quota: methylamine (90%) 310kg/t, hydrogen cyanide (85%) 290kg/t, formaldehyde (85%) 320kg/t, sodium hydroxide (90%) 400kg/t.
